Webinar: Fostering an entrepreneurial mindset in your classroom
On Tuesday 12 September 2017, I-LINC will host a webinar in which the Spanish teacher Paz Fernández de Vera will introduce lesson ideas to foster an entrepreneurial mindset in your classroom. These practical activities will challenge your students, bring them outside of the classroom and offer them new perspectives that will help unleash all their potential.
Paz is a Business and Entrepreneurship teacher and Head of the Training and career-counseling department of the high school where she works. Together with two other Spanish teachers (Elena Rodríguez and Isabel González), she launched a blog called Selfie-Entrepreneur where students from all over Spain are invited to upload interviews and photos with entrepreneurs. Since it was launched in the course of 2014/15, the blog has received around 200,000 visits and 1,500 students have uploaded content.
In this webinar, she will explain in English more about this project and other engaging activities to boost an entrepreneurial mindset in your students, such as The 5 euros challenge or the Challenge of the creative glasses. Participants will also have the chance to ask her questions about entrepreneurial learning activities and lesson plans.
The webinar will take place on 12 September 2017 at 17:00h CET in the platform Adobe Connect. If you want to participate, you can register filling in the Google Form below. Please, note that due to the limited number of participants the webinar virtual room can host, priority will be given to eTwinning teachers participating in the Learning event "Entrepreneurial learning across all subjects" and to I-LINC registered users.
